We've Got Two Tickets To Paradise!!!

We have always shared a love for travel. We spoke often of our desire to explore the world before settling down, so the questions began ... what would we do? where would we go? how would we make this happen? Our decision making process saw many different variations of the adventure we each envisioned, i.e. one year trip around the world, short trip to one country, working in a foreign country, going to school and achieiving a degree...but ultimately, we decided on a journey with enough flexibility, yet still enough structure, to allow us to experience the culture and people of the places we traveled in an unhurried manner while being able to give back to those communities we lived in. So... we are headed to Asia, specifically Southeast Asia and China. We will be volunteering in Thailand for the first 5 weeks. We both knew that the most important and exciting part of our trip was that we would be together in a foreign land, seeking adventure, volunteering and creating memories that last a lifetime!

So here we are, after many nights lying awake dreaming of our adventure, we purchased our plane tickets and are one step closer to making our dream a reality!! We leave January 3!
