My little preppy man!
Dylan has many great outfits but this is one of my favorites, I even popped his collar up. Gotta love it!
Dylan meets his Great, Great Aunt Ann
Ryan's great Aunt Ann is 95 years young and has always been apart of his life. She was a nurse in the army and still has a sharp mind. We brought Dylan over to meet her as she's been so excited to meet him and we had a great time. She read a letter that she wrote to Dylan, it was so sweet. My favorite part of it was when she told Dylan that when he was born he made so many people happy. Oh so true!
Dylan goes to Gordon and Rees LLP
Dylan and I went to visit Ryan at work, it was so much fun to see his Daddy in his "serious mode"! Ryan proudly showed Dylan around to all of his friends and co-workers. It was a fun afternoon!

Dylan visits Google
Dylan snoozes as we stroll along the main campus during our visit.
Dylan wearing his Google onesie!!!
As many of you know I was a contract event planner at Google and I loved my job. I learned about 3 weeks ago that Google was not renewing my team's contract and therefore we would be laid off. This wasn't the ideal news while I am on maternity leave but I had faith that everything happens for a reason. AND it does this will now allow me to stay home with Dylan full time while I begin to develop and grow my own event planning business, JBD Events . . . more on that later! In the meantime, I took Dylan down to Google to visit my team and collleagues there who have been so wonderful to work with and so supportive of our growing family. It was a fun day and Dylan enjoyed meeting everyone!

Emily and Jesse are engaged!
Emily and Jesse are engaged! He proposed in Half Moon Bay and they are so excited to begin their life together. We are already beginning the wedding plans but in the meantime, they stopped by for some champagne so we could toast to them. We can't wait!

Dylan Patrick is 7 weeks old!
Wow, where does the time go! We are loving our sweet boy as we watch him grow, learn, change and smile each day. He is truly the love of our lives and we just love every moment. He is changing so much already so here are a few pics and his first smiles! I'll try to be better about posting photos.
Enjoy!
